Yet, sometimes it seems that no matter how hard we try, a sacred experience of everyday life eludes us. In a supportive circle, we'll explore the unique challenges we women face in reclaiming our sacred selves, and how we can overcome these challenges, living out of a place of divine fullness.

In this workshop, we will explore 10 Keys for Sacred Living—ways of perceiving and living in the world that can provide the foundation for an enlightened, new lifestyle, including daily practices that enliven our spiritual connection.

Nurturing the Divine Feminine Within
Do you long to experience a spirituality that affirms your feminine self? Are you eager to know the feminine face of God? If so, I invite you to join us for a soul stirring evening of connecting to the sacred feminine within all of us. Together we’ll examine our own journeys to a woman-friendly spirituality and explore the journeys of women saints and mystics who have gone before us, searching in their own unique way for a similar experience. Through music, poetry and meditations, we will travel to places of awareness and comfort where the Divine Feminine is honored and nurtured.

Stop Rushing and Start Living!
As our day-to-day lives become more frenzied and complex, many of us find we are not truly living our lives; instead our lives are living us. Here, you will learn strategies to create “real moments” in your life. Through releasing the past and not worrying about the future, we gain much more awareness and appreciation in our daily lives. We’ll explore the concept of doing things mindfully with full and present attention and participate in exercises using present centered awareness. By mastering these techniques, one can greatly reduce stress and fully enjoy even the most hectic of days!


Writing to Wellness
A program designed to familiarize those on a healing journey with the process of journal writing, demonstrating how it can enhance and speed the journey to total health and well-being. Geared to assist those individuals faced with health challenges or living with chronic pain, stress or illness, this enlightening presentation will help participants begin a journey through writing, putting them in touch with their body, attitudes and feelings about their health situation, fears, hopes and dreams.


Taking Care of Business and Me
In your day-to-day hectic life, how do you create balance between work, family and personal needs? As busy women, we often try to “do it all” for everyone, yet we may lose ourselves and our sense of well-being in the process. In this workshop designed for professional women, you will learn simple, easy-to-use strategies that can help you reclaim yourself and create a healthy lifestyle - body, mind and spirit. You will still get the job done, yet gain precious time for you and yours!


Coming Home to Ourselves:
A Day or Weekend Retreat for Women

Join us for time away from the constant demands of everyday life. Sink into blissful reflection and explore with like-minded others, what we as women need to be well, at peace with ourselves and our world. Together and through individual self-nurturing time we will “gather the scatterings of our soul,” giving ourselves well deserved time and attention. We will explore practical strategies to Nurture Your Body, Feed Your Mind and Enrich Your Spirit through compassionate listening, laughter, journaling and blessed silence.


Mindfulness Retreat: A Day of Peace & Beauty
A gentle “day away” to restore you—body, mind and spirit. Through silence, meditation and prayer, journaling, connecting with nature and gentle sharing with others, we will settle into a peaceful place within ourselves and experience the beauty and power of the present moment.


Silent Directed Weekend Retreat
“Come ye apart and rest awhile,” is wise advice we have been given throughout the ages from saints and sages of all religious paths. A silent, directed retreat provides us with just that. It is a time to move away from the noise and demands of the everyday world so that we might move into deeper communion with God and our innermost selves. Silence predominates the weekend, giving us ample time to reflect, read, journal, walk, meditate and pray, or simply rest. Communal meals are also taken in silence. Individual spiritual direction is offered throughout the weekend enabling you to speak with another and receive guidance about what you are experiencing and how the Divine might be moving through you during this time.
